Live in Moment, Let Loneliness Go: Anybody Lonely? Published by Outskirts Press

New author Pearls shows that no matter how much loneliness, how much family bitterness, how much loss or pain one has experienced, one can still rise above all of those circumstances, learn to live in the moment and finally become content.

Houston, TX, December 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Debut author Pearls announced today the release of Anybody Lonely?, published by Outskirts Press. This new Christian memoir tells of the determination of one young woman who -- despite the early loss of a mother and the betrayal by family -- fights to overcome her loneliness and wills herself with the help of God never to take the easy route out through alcohol or drugs.

Anybody Lonely? is the raw tale of a young woman who at one time becomes virtually homeless, who is betrayed by family members, who is raped by one of several predatory men in her life, and who at nineteen must mourn the sudden passing of her only true protector and friend, her mother. From these tribulations she fights her way back to raise two children and to put herself through college and graduate school.

There were many moments in her life when Pearls never understood why God had carved out this particular, troubled path for her, but she always trusted in Him and in the belief that He knew what He was doing, no matter the circumstances. That belief brought her to her final victory, and in this autobiographical work she inspires readers to conquer their own loneliness and to rise above whatever may be their human fate.

Pearl’s fight against loneliness has been similar to the fight of an alcoholic or a drug addict, but remarkably Pearls never succumbed to those crutches no matter how painful her life became. The story of her sheer determination and her faith in God to help her stop her life from spinning out of control is a study in will and acceptance and it gives an important lesson to readers in never taking anything for granted -- especially the happiness that one must work at every day in one’s life to achieve.
