)-- The course - which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today’s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property – was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, President of the Dallas-based Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and author of the book, Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents’ Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.

Mychalowych is an award-winning sales associate who has officially been in real estate since 2004 and specializes in the Southeastern Michigan residential market. Paul first became involved with real estate in 1988, when he bought his first “fixer-upper” in Royal Oak Michigan. His hobby soon became studying the real estate markets while buying, selling and renovating homes and commercial buildings. In 1987, Paul completed an Electrical Engineering Degree from Oakland University. The engineering degree gave him the tools to understand the complex details in building construction. In 2004, Paul decided to acquire his license and practice real estate full-time. In 2011, he opened his own real estate company, Birmingham Realty LLC, seeing a unique niche and time in the real estate market. When representing sellers, Paul uses his market knowledge, construction, technology and organizational skills to prepare the property for sale and assemble an aggressive marketing program and internet exposure.
