Stephen Dent Construction Anticipating Profitable 2012

Milwaukee, WI, January 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Stephen Dent Construction, based just outside of Milwaukee, WI, has announced a strong end of year quarter for 2011, with high expectations for 2012. Stephen Dent has made the majority of their profit through the significant expansion of their Green Building department, which has grown to be one of the largest sustainable building firms in the country. The decision to focus so much time and energy into the Green Building division has been profitable, but the decision was difficult and came at a cost, says founder and operator Stephen Dent in a publicly released statement made Monday morning:

“We wanted to see our green efforts expand, and the company as a whole believes this is the right choice for us, but the decision wasn’t easy. We had to move the focus from some of our smaller departments, which was tough to do, but in the long run I think we made the right choice. Stephen Dent is stronger than ever, and we have won some really exciting contracts for 2012, putting us off to a solid start.”

Mr. Dent certainly has reason to be confident in the health of the company based on final quarter sales statistics. Stephen Dent Construction will be breaking ground this month on the new Milwaukee Center for the Arts, with a multi-million dollar contract. In addition, the company just announced a contract for a new master planned community in the Milwaukee suburbs, which will encompass several hundred homes. Together, these factors combine to make a profitable starting quarter, coming right on the heels of Stephen Dent’s most profitable quarter ever.
