“Nearly 100 new customers, including new divisions within existing client companies, and a customer retention rate of 90 percent added up to the 36 percent growth this past year,” said Paul Lachance, President and CTO of Smartware Group.
“Bigfoot CMMS customers continually report satisfaction with the product, from easy installation and managing maintenance of company assets to justifying new hires and replacing capital equipment to saving on maintenance costs that make executives take notice.”
Bigfoot CMMS is used by more than 1,500 companies around the world in more than two dozen industries to manage equipment maintenance. Bigfoot automates routine functions and ad hoc repairs. Also in 2011, Smartware Group increased head-count in sales and operations, and added numerous Bigfoot product enhancements, including:
- greater flexibility in PM scheduling
- improved reporting for greater ‘drilled down’ asset analysis
- enhanced tracking of replacement parts inventory
- barcoding work orders for easy access and retrieval
