About the Show:
Turning 40 and in the throes of a mid-life crisis, Rob threw himself headfirst into a sporting attempt to cling on to his youth. His decaying body decided otherwise however and promptly left him laid up for three months to “have a bit of a think about it all”. In this hour-long show Rob muses on sporting strife, staying young and the potential upsides of house arrest!
