Orlando, FL, January 21, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- "When I Fall Please Grab My Hand" is a practical, humorous and wonderfully self deprecating application of Scripture for women to use as they journey through normal day to day activities.
This gathering of daily thoughts was inspired by a ladies Bible Study group to use as a tool for personal growth and devotional time with Christ. The author believes that walking in faith is not about some unattainable holiness and religious perfection, it is about utilizing and applying the Father's Word while doing the laundry, loving families, balancing schedules and serving the Lord.
The author believes that God can use any person, any situation, regardless of their past mistakes and current circumstance - if only they seek Him.
"I want people to realize that true religion is not an outward application of traditions or a life filled with bondage," DeWitte says. "God does not want a puppet that looks and smells like everyone else. Religion is not about impressing man; true religion is serving our Father regardless of circumstance, which should be motivated by understanding His great love for us."
Christian Book Reviews highly recommended this book with a 9.9 on a scale of 10.0 saying, “Be encouraged and uplifted with this inspirational book, 'When I Fall Please Grab My Hand' a delightful, practical and sometimes humorous, collection of 89 daily devotionals gathered from author and women’s Bible Study teacher, Christine Z. DeWitte’s life lessons and her own personal spiritual growth with the Lord. These enriching writings elevate the reader and direct others to make the Lord a part of their daily life...”
