Valentine's Day Culinary Demo and Wine Pairing

New York, NY, January 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Culinary Bad Boy, Chef Chris Nirschel is turning up the heat just in time for Valentine’s Day with an aphrodisiac induced Demo and Wine pairing on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Public House – 140 E. 41 Street, NYC from 4:00pm-6:30pm.

Learn how to plan a passionate Valentine’s Day dinner date for that special someone in your life. Or treat your soul mate to something out of the ordinary for Valentine’s Day. The demonstration will comprise of butternut squash ancho chili bisque, winter harvest salad, lobster truffle risotto made with authentic truffles, merlot braised short rib and banana fosters for desert. Each dish will be coupled with wines from across the world.

Each Ticket Includes: An hour and a half hour demonstration with wine pairing, a Five course dinner and a one hour question and answer segment. Space is limited per class and built on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are recommended two weeks in advance. There are a number of seats reserved for members of the press in each class. About Chef Chris Nirschel:
Chef Nirschel began his culinary career at French Culinary Institute in 2009. He became a Sous Chef at The Knickerbocker in New York and as his culinary expertise grew he became Executive Chef at Café Napoli in the historic Little Italy of Downtown Manhattan. Currently Chef Nirschel is consulting for a number of National Restaurant Groups and filming major network TV shows which are scheduled to air this coming spring.
