Syosset, NY, January 25, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- Art-Casso is pleased to announce that the Company is hosting a one-of-a-kind pet video contest in early 2012. Pet enthusiasts will enter the contest by uploading videos of their pets enjoying Art-Casso’s paint kit products. The grand prizewinner will receive a $500 check and an additional $500 will be donated to the winner ’s choice of 501(c)(3) animal charity that is at least three years of age.
To participate, individuals must first purchase Art-Casso’s no mess paint kit for pets that allows dogs and cats to paint with their paws and/or body. After creating a video of their pooch or kitty painting, clips can be uploaded via Art-Casso’s Facebook page and pet and pet owner teams will be entered to win after filling out a simple form. A special, limited-time discount on contest products is available on Art-Casso’s website, http://www.ArtCasso.com. The $15 price includes shipping to participants in 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska residents will need to add $5 for additional shipping and handling.
From January 21 to March 11, 2012, video uploads can be submitted via Art-Casso’s Facebook page. Video submissions should be limited to one-minute in length and can include sound and special effects. The panel of judges includes Art-Casso President, Joanna Sasso, Celebrity Pet Expert, Charlotte Reed and Givenik Marketing Associate, Ben Cohen. Judges will review each submission and select three finalists. “Judges will determine the winner based on pet and owner interaction, creativity of the video and how the duo best highlight the essence of the non-mess paint kit,” says Art-Casso President, Joanna Sasso.
Contest finalists will be announced on March 15, 2012. The three selected videos will be featured on Art-Casso’s Facebook page. Facebook participants will be able to vote for their favorite painting pet video from March 16 to 31. The grand prizewinner will be announced on April 1, 2012.
Art-Casso was founded in 2006 with the idea that pets and owners could create paw paintings to cherish without making a mess. Recently, Joanna Sasso joined as the Company’s new president with the goal to revitalize the Art Casso image. She believes that the animal-human bond can be enhanced through this interactive paw painting activity. What better way to capture your relationship with your pet than in a work of art. The Company’s paw painting kits have been featured on Fox& Friends, Good Morning America and Regis and Kelly. To learn more about the Company, visit http://www.artcasso.com.
