Local Restaurateur Opens Second Cary Restaurant with a Focus on Classic American Dining.

Cary, NC, January 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (http://www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced the opening of Rocky Top Hospitality’s newest venture, Rockwell’s American Grill, (http://www.rockwellsamericangrill.com), which began business on Jan. 26 at 1080 Darrington Drive. Keeping in line with Rocky Top Hospitality’s focus on fresh, local ingredients, the restaurant combines the concept of a modern American grill with family style portions, and a menu inspired by American diners, delis and traditional comfort foods. Rockwell’s provides customers with reasonably priced meal selections from $5-$19, breakfast all day and an outdoor patio which seats more than 100 guests. The bar features craft beers, wine and cocktails, many of which come from North Carolina-based brewers.

- Rockwell’s American Grill is located at what was formerly Stonewood Tavern and Grill.

- The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays the restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. The bar is open until midnight each evening except Sundays.

- The restaurant will join Rocky Top Hospitality’s other ventures in Cary, Raleigh and Fayetteville, including The Twisted Fork, The Mash House, Tribeca Tavern, and Draft Carolina Burgers and Beers.
