The Basics: Europe Digest for the Hurried Traveler Published by Outskirts Press

Alexandre Digmeloff avoids the often confusing and cumbersome mass of details in other travel guides and instead offers a streamlined approach for visitors to quickly and easily become secure about traveling in six of Europe’s most visited countries.

Tourves, France, February 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Tour manager and veteran traveler Alexandre Digmeloff announced today the release of Europe Digest for the Hurried Tourist, published by Outskirts Press. Recognizing that there are hundreds of costly travel books and thousands of publications on the Internet that can submerge travelers in a tsunami of undifferentiated information, Digmeloff has written a handy, concise guide to six European countries which efficiently shows readers how to see and experience the best during their visit in a minimum amount of time.

This new pocket travel guide gives a truly practical approach to touring six of the most visited European countries: Great Britain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Digmeloff takes his years of experience with first time travelers to Europe to provide a concise summary of the history and people of each country which highlights just those attractions tourists will want to be most familiar with.

The author then innovatively goes about offering tips on how to meet locals in each country, quickly gain their respect and avoid the misunderstandings, mistreatment and misadventures that often occur with less educated travelers. By showing his readers how to avoid the most typical tourist blunders, the author provides an unusual security for travelers -- even before their journey to a foreign land begins.

The author also gives his long experimented choice of handy hints and ideas for devising a basic program to assist in one’s travels and to help one discover those places of individual interest for eating and shopping.

Written especially for university or college students, retired singles or couples, and vacationers travelling with a tour operator, as well as executives or tourists travelling individually, this pocket companion will provide the minimum, but essential information necessary to enhance one’s stay.

Europe Digest for the Hurried Tourist is available on-line in paperback through Amazon and Barnes and Noble and at www.outskirtspress.com/bookstore for a maximum trade discount in quantities of ten or more.
