Evgeny Philippov Joins Exigen Services Leadership Team

Former Emerson Global Engineering Centers Director and Luxoft ESB Line Director brings proven accomplishments and more than 3 decades of experience to Exigen Services.

Saint-Petersburg, Russia, February 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Exigen Services announced that Evgeny Philippov has joined the company as the CIS Regional Head. Evgeny Philippov, an expert in software development and intellectual systems, has a great deal of experience in the management of leading global software companies with a large presence in Russia.

Prior to joining Exigen Services Evgeny was Director of Global Engineering Centers at Emerson where he led the development of intellectual pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters. Previously he was the Director of the Embedded Systems Business Line at Luxoft and Java Software Center of Excellence at Motorola.

Evgeny holds a degree in Industrial Automation and Telecommunications from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (LETI) and a Ph.D. degree from LETI with a thesis on the "Formal Design Methods of Active Converting Circuits based on Elements with Controlled Parameter." Evgeny also graduated from the Software Business Management Institute, Motorola. He has about 30 publications including 12 patents.

Evgeny has announced the development guideline for 2012: “The main trend which will allow Exigen Services to perform the qualitative company growth, in my opinion, is to offer clients strategic outsourcing services and IT transformation solutions and apply our Value Oriented Architecture (VOA) tool for maximizing IT value.
