COR Retreat, a Minnesota-based non-profit, has launched an online social network to support recovering food addicts. The social network is exclusively for alumni of COR Retreat and allows members to interact with each other, post blogs, contribute to forums, view live streaming events and much more.

Minneapolis, MN, February 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- COR Retreat, a Minnesota-based non-profit food addiction recovery program, has created a new online social network to support COR alumni through the food addiction recovery process.

Located at CORConnection.org, the invitation-only social network allows members to:

-Share information, links and resources with others.
-Create blog entries to share your journey in the recovery process.
-Discuss recovery topics that affect you and other COR alumni.
-Post photos and videos.
-Register for upcoming events.
-Watch recorded videos and live streaming events, such as guest speakers and Open OA meetings at future COR Retreats.
-Participate in online meetings led by COR Retreat Staff and Volunteers.
-Chat online with other members in real time.

The fee to attend COR Retreat is $750, which includes meals, lodging, program materials and access to CORConnection.org. The fees paid by participants in COR Retreat cover only a portion of the cost of each retreat and the ongoing administration of COR Retreat. The balance of the expenses is funded by donations from those committed to help others overcome their food addiction.
