Lou has 30+ years of legal/consulting experience with all types of business entities, including tax exempts like credit unions, hospitals and educational institutions dealing with their retirement plans, employee and executive benefits and compensation. He has worked for companies like William Mercer, American Express, MCG and General America Life Insurance Company.
