First introduced last August, the Project Management Features are now part of the core Surado CRM product lines. Surado CRM Project Manager includes the ability to create and manage projects, tasks, sub-tasks and associated activities. In addition, users will be able to assign and track resources, budgets, status, project timelines, project manager(s) and much more. Because the Surado Project Manager is part of the core product line, it automatically links projects to individuals and vice versa. These individuals may be users of the system and/or other third parties linked to a project.
Surado Project Manager now affords a solution to users whose day starts with a project, not an account or contact. Because all projects are linked to individuals, the complete 360-degree view of an account or contact now includes a listing of all the projects a person or account is associated with and their role. So, a Construction company may be involved in several projects with different roles (one as a General Contractor and the other as a sub-Contractor) and all of this information would be clearly tracked and available to all users of the system.
Because Surado Project Manager tightly integrates with Microsoft Project Manager, users can easily migrate project information data between Microsoft and Surado to make the most of both applications. In MS Project, users will be able to view the project using Microsoft’s powerful graphing capabilities. In Surado, the Projects will be linked to other areas of the CRM system to provide a true 360 degree view.
Surado CRM Dashboards, one of the most flexible in the industry with the ability to create unlimited Dashboards per user, now also supports Project Management analytics, metrics and reporting. Executives can see a graphical representation of projects by Status, Percentage Completed, Top 10 Projects and line item summary information. And by drilling down, executives or users will be able to get details of each and every project while keeping their finger on the big picture. In addition, Surado has released new reports for specific Surado Project Manager reporting.
