Scottsdale Weight Loss Center Hosts Free Nutrition Class for Community- Saturday, April 14 at 10:15 AM

Scottsdale Weight Loss Center hopes to raise awareness on health, wellness, and weight loss by offering a free specialty class on nutrition. The class entitled "Food and Stress- What's Eating You?" will be conducted by Franne Wilk, Registered Dietician, and is free of charge. The class will touch on topics such as sleep habits, environmental cues, and body composition.

Scottsdale, AZ, March 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- On April 14, 2012 at 10:15 AM, Scottsdale Weight Loss Center will host a nutrition class entitled “Food and Stress- What’s Eating You?” The class will cover a range of topics regarding health, nutrition, and the environmental factors that affect food choices and weight loss. The class is free of charge and open to the public.

The class will be instructed by Franne Wilk, Registered Dietician and Master Weight Loss Strategist. The goal of the class is to raise awareness of environmental cues that cause stress and trigger negative eating habits. Topics discussed will include sleep habits and how they affect fullness, body composition and types of food that create lean body mass, and truths to the “addicting” nature of certain foods.

Scottsdale Weight Loss Center classes are normally only available to members of the weight loss program. SWLC has opened this class to the community to help raise awareness on health, wellness, and weight loss.
