Country Gospel Artist, David Bryan, Joins the Double E Promotions Roster

Nashville, TN, April 02, 2012 --( Perry Edge, President of Double E Promotions, is proud to announce the addition of Country Gospel Artist, David Bryan, to the Double E team.

Gospel group, Song of David, is built around the ministry founder and lead singer, David Bryan. David is an accomplished singer, songwriter and musician. In addition, David also devotes a portion of his schedule to national and international evangelism, speaking in various meetings and revivals throughout North America and around the world. David, his wife Jodie Bryan (who also travels and sings with him) and their son Ezekiel reside in Nashville, TN.

Though David Bryan, his music and ministry are most often featured as a solo act, the group that supports and surrounds his music is one of the unique features of this act. Song of David has the privilege of some great accompaniment and musicianship on the road in original (part-time) member, Gerry Slocumb (drummer/ singer, Dallas, TX) and Ryan Eastman (Mandolin, Vocals.)

Also traveling with David on a part-time basis, is newcomer Ashley Cook Mackey (Vocalist, Madisonville, KY) and one of the great talents of the gospel music industry, Mr. Brian Beatty (vocalist arrangement, production and rep, Nashville, TN.)

Double E Promotions, headquartered in Booneville, MS and ran by Perry Edge, have focused more on the Country Gospel genre over the last couple years, witnessing the fruits of their labor as many of their clients songs have charted on national Christian music charts, most rece­­­ntly promoting Grammy winner, Marty Raybon’s single, “You’ve Got To Move” to number one on the Cashbox Christian Country Top 100 & on the Christian Voice Christian Country Top 100 For December of 2011, Ron Hemphill’s single, “You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down” to number one on the Christian Voice Christian Country Top 100 for April of 11’, Brett Hill’s single, “Boots And The Bible” to number one on the Christian Voice Christian Country Top 100 for March of 11’, Country Gospel Great, Allen Frizzell’s single, “Man of His Word” to number one on the Power Source Christian Country Chart for April of 09’and former Statler Brother, Jimmy Fortune’s “Wrote it In Red” to number one on the Christian Voice, Christian Country Top 100 Chart for December of 09’. In April of 2011 Double E Promotions took home the 1st Annual CGM Fan Fest Award for Promoter of the Year, the Promoter of the Year Award from the 11th Annual King Country Agape Fest Fan Appreciation Awards.
