A "Thrifty" Idea Helps Hospice Care in Vero Beach

Vero Beach, FL, March 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The VNA of the Treasure Coast has been anxiously anticipating the opening of their thrift store which they believe will help them better serve the patients in their hospice care program. This health care agency is renowned in its community for providing compassionate hospice care in Vero Beach. Their services include Medicare-reimbursed and private-duty nursing; home health aides; physical, speech, and occupational therapy; in-home companions; and personal transportation. The funds from the thrift store will directly affect VNA patients with life-limiting illnesses and also help support the day-to-day operating expenses of the VNA Hospice House.

The Hidden Treasures Hospice Thrift Store is now opened and is located at 11646 U.S. Highway 1, Sebastian, just south of Riverview Park. The store is situated in the Sebastian Square shopping plaza next to Party Treasures, Napa Auto Parts, and the Indian River Tax Collector’s office. The current store hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All of the proceeds from this store will be used to better the VNA hospice care in Vero Beach. As VNA is the only hospice care provider in Indian River County it is important to show your support. Bringing your business to this store would benefit a noble cause and any donations will be gladly accepted.
