New Blog Launched to Supplement Litvinenko Book

Omnicom Press announces the launch of a new blog as an ongoing supplement to its book The Phony Litvinenko Murder.

New Britain, CT, April 03, 2012 --(PR.com)-- A new blog, "The Phony Litvinenko Murder," has been launched by Omnicom Press. It will supplement the content of its recent book of the same name by author William Dunkerley.

The blog will be written by Dunkerley and members of the Omnicom Press staff.

The Phony Litvinenko Murder deals with the death in 2006 of Alexander Litvinenko. The book analyzes media coverage surrounding that event. The author alleges that much of the news coverage is not fact-based. Dunkerley says the many of the news stories are based on nonsensical premises, and contain conflicting information.

The new blog is located at http://www.omnicompress.com/plmblog.

The blog already contains reviews of several videos about Litvinenko, plus commentary on the breaking new news stories about German Gorbuntsov, the Russian recently shot in London. News reports on the Gorbuntsov shooting often draw comparison to the Litvinenko case.

Author William Dunkerley is a media business analyst and consultant based in New Britain, CT. Dunkerley works extensively in Russia and other post-communist countries, and has advised governments on matters of press freedom and media sector development. He has written and spoken widely about media issues related to Russia. In 2007, Dunkerley was commissioned by the organizers of the World Congress of the International Federation of Journalists to study the media coverage of the Litvinenko poisoning. The Congress was held in Moscow, where he presented his report.
