Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust Implements ProjectVision’s Project Management Software for the Management of Their Transactional and Transformation Change Programmes

Until recently, Derbyshire NHS FT had a bespoke Microsoft Excel application in which they managed their Transactional and Transformation change programmes. This system worked well functionally however a number of boundaries meant they faced challenges. Challenges included, difficulty sharing information, inability for multiple users to view and update information at the same time and difficulty of accessing project details remotely.
In order to rectify these challenges a new system had to be inputted. Project Management Solution of choice was ProjectVision. ProjectVision is an entirely web based project, programme and performance solution from Cora Systems. Providing this familiar interface ensured that the parties would adjust to ProjectVision with ease.
Derbyshire has derived a number of benefits from using ProjectVision including:

- Control of the progress and statuses of the Transactional and Transformation Change Programmes
