Texas Trust Opens New Branch, Announces Another is on the Way

Access to free checking in Dallas Fort Worth is now available through two new Texas Trust Credit Union branches. The Texas credit union opened a new branch in Grand Prairie and announced it will open another new branch in Mansfield this summer.

Mansfield, TX, April 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- While opening the doors of its newest branch at 3060 West Camp Wisdom Road in Grand Prairie, Texas Trust Credit Union announced plans to open yet another branch. The $726 million credit union has purchased an existing building at 317 South Main Street in Mansfield, which will be renovated to become Texas Trust's 10th branch.

With nearly 1,600 square feet, the new Mansfield facility when it opens later this year will provide greater convenience to Texas Trust members who live and work in the surrounding area.

The new branch will have two drive-through lanes, an ATM, and a full-service retail banking operation, including products such as free checking, free debit card, credit cards, and auto and mortgage lending services. Financial products and services for business owners will also be available at the new branch, including Small Business Administration lending.

The new Mansfield branch will employ six full-time employees, several of whom will be new hires. The target date for the branch's opening is this summer.

“The two newest branches are in response to the growing demand we are experiencing for our financial services," said Jim Minge, president of Texas Trust Credit Union. "In 2011, we added nearly 8,900 members. These new branches give us greater reach and the ability to bring more consumers into the credit union family."
