Novelist Cramer Louis Jackson fulfills every job seeker’s ultimate fantasy in his new science fiction romance that takes Joe Jamison from the dim ranks of the unemployed to a stellar job -- with a beautiful redhead -- that’s truly out of this world.

Oceanside, CA, April 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Author Cramer Louis Jackson announced today the release of The Job, published by Outskirts Press. Dedicated to anyone who is or has been unemployed, Jackson’s novel offers entertainment and even hope to discouraged job seekers as he tells the tale of one man who has his wildest dreams fulfilled after the most mysterious of job interviews.

Joe Jamison has just about given up on finding a job. He’s sent out resumes, stood in unemployment lines and scoured the want ads, all to no avail. Then a strange letter arrives in the mail. An unidentified employer is offering him a job interview and gives him the most unusual directions to get to it. Joe knows he has nothing to lose and decides to go.

At the interview he’s told that he has been carefully researched and that only he can do this job, but his life as it now is will cease to exist and he will have a completely new identity. The compensation is one million dollars a year.

However, he must decide if he’ll take the work before they give him the job description.

He accepts, and immediately Joe Jamison becomes Zann Tanner. The job is of utmost importance to the country and Zann is led into a top secret room the size of ten super-domes which contains a glimmering gold craft the likes of which he’s never even imagined, let alone seen. Soon he meets his new co-pilot and love-to-be, a tall redhead who’s been hired under circumstances as mysterious as his.

Soon the strange object that millions of people watch move through the earth’s skies is on its way to battling the sinister forces bent on destroying Zann and his new love. The twists and turns of the couple’s adventures take place against a backdrop of cinematic brilliance and will keep the reader on the edge of his unemployment office seat all the way to The Job’s extraterrestrial conclusion.
