Clearwater’s Ginormous Easter Egg Hunt Yields 275 Treasures Under Blazing Azure Skies

Thousands Join the largest Tampa Bay Easter Egg Hunt for over 25,000 eggs at beautiful Clearwater Coachman Park where one young hunter won a huge Easter basket for his sister who was recuperating in a local hospital.

Clearwater, FL, April 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- At one of the biggest Easter Egg Hunts in the Tampa Bay area, thousands of kids went searching for eggs on Easter Sunday. The Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV) of the Church of Scientology following the inspiration of Scientology Founder, L. Ron Hubbard, Love and Help Children, organized the event scattering more than 25,000 eggs in downtown Clearwater’s Coachman Park on a gorgeous Easter Sunday for area children. This year, the 20th annual Easter Egg Hunt by CCV, attracted 21-year-old, Ms. Clearwater, Cher Hubsher, who gave the countdown to the Egg Hunt where lucky hunters found 275 Golden Eggs that they exchanged for large, cuddly Bunnies.

Some 6,000 children and their parents circled Coachman Park anxiously awaiting the Hunt which began promptly at 12:30 pm and was over in about 5 short minutes. But from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm families were also able to enjoy pony rides, the Bouncy House, 20-foot slide, train rides, face painting and The Tricky Dog Show – always a favorite at the Egg Hunt. There was also a raffle drawing, the 3-year-old winner of which took a huge basket of goodies, toys and bunnies to the hospital to share with his 6-year-old sister who was recuperating from an accidental burn – bringing smiles to what had been a very upsetting week for the young man and his family.

Hundreds of eggs also contained gift tickets which were claimed for Pulp Fiction books and audio books by L. Ron Hubbard.
