Telecare24 Joins Forces with Dr Hilary Jones
Telecare24 today announced that it is joining forces with the UK’s favourite Doctor, Dr Hilary Jones to help assist elderly and vulnerable people to stay independent in their own homes.
Cardiff, United Kingdom, April 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Dr Hilary commented on the partnership by saying “TeleCare24 are spearheading the use of technology to help the elderly remain independent at home. It’s a fantastic service that helps vulnerable people stay independent for longer and brings real benefits to the individual, their families and loved ones.”

Telecare24 currently provide low cost pendant alarms with 24 hour monitoring to help people remain safe at home. Currently if a client experiences difficulties they just have to press the small pendant worn on the wrist or round the neck to summon assistance. An operator at the Telecare24 Careline centre will answer the call and then arrange for any assistance to be given including the request for emergency services. However, Telecare24 feel that more can be done to help people.
