CEO of Texas Trust Credit Union Elected to State Leadership Role

Texas Trust Credit Union CEO Jim Minge has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Texas Credit Union League. Minge will take office on April 18. He will represent more than 140 credit unions in the western Texas region.

Mansfield, TX, April 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Jim Minge, president of the $726 million Texas Trust Credit Union, has a new role. Minge was elected to the Board of Directors by members of the Texas Credit Union League (TCUL). He is one of 12 new board members who will take office April 18 upon conclusion of the League's Annual Membership Meeting in Galveston.

Minge is a veteran credit union leader. He joined Texas Trust Credit Union in May 2011 as president and CEO, following an 18 year career at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in Live Oak, Texas.

As a Board member, Minge will represent the more than 140 credit unions in the West region of Texas, which covers Fort Worth and the areas directly west and north of the city. He will provide direction to the League's management team, as well as help shape the future of the League.
