National CPA Firm to Hold Discussion on Details of Contract Closeouts for Companies in Conjunction with Partnership for Defense Innovation

The purpose of this seminar is to provide an overview of the contract closeout environment for owners, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and controllers of government contractors, and the process that is required for different contract types. Participants will gain an understanding of the contractor’s responsibility in closing out contracts, as well as learn some strategies and best practices to minimize the administrative burden that closeouts can create for companies. The featured speaker is Carlene Kamradt, a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Virginia with more than 12 years of experience in financial audits and testing of internal controls for government contractors, government entities, and nonprofits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards.
