)-- T-Zone Vibration located in Richmond Hill, Ontario will celebrate their one year anniversary from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at their facility located at 10 Newkirk Rd. A flood of activities including raffles, product and workout demonstrations and a feature presentation on fitness are slated throughout the day. Paul Swaby, a former professional football player with the Toronto Argos, author of the book 1% and active trainer with Whole Body Vibration for over five years will be discussing the benefits of using vibration exercise for overall health improvement and physical fitness. Reservations are not required and the event is open to the public.
“We’re very excited that Paul is able to help us celebrate our anniversary and are even more excited about the events we have planned for the day,” mentions Lena Rothwell, Studio Manager of T-Zone Vibration. “There will be lots of fabulous giveaways, including new member discounts that will give people an opportunity to really experience the difference whole body vibration can make physically.” Events scheduled for the day include free massages for attendees, heart health seminar, Zumba and Yoga demonstrations and raffles where participants can win various prizes including memberships, sauna sessions and new products including a VT-20 vibration machine. Visitors will also be able to get their nutrition questions answered with their nutrition advisor.
In conjunction with their anniversary, T-Zone will also be raising funds for their Relay for Life team. Donations and team sponsorships will be accepted and all proceeds will benefit the Canadian Cancer Society. The Relay for Life event will take place on June 1, 2012 at Richmond Green Park.
