Integrated Web Agency Launches Website for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy
Saddle Brook, NJ, May 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Hudson Horizons is pleased to announce the launch of a website for Giron, a dynamic Brazilian jiu jitsu academy located in Clifton, NJ. In addition to a brand new website design, Giron received a host of web integrations designed to enhance the user experience.
As the founder of the academy, Luis Giron aims to provide an environment that embraces cleanliness, safety and friendliness amongst his students. Luis Giron’s wealth of experience and accolades has allowed him to develop a routine based on three successful principles: balance, leverage and technique. Giron teamed up with Hudson Horizons to create a medium that would visually represent that message.
Hudson Horizons, an integrated web agency located in Saddle Brook, NJ, created a brand new website for the Brazilian jiu jitsu academy. To highlight the aforementioned principles of the academy, Hudson Horizons included a featured image slider on the main page. Each slider image was created to give focus to each principle of the academy. Along with a clean, well-organized design, Hudson Horizons also implemented a handful of strategic web integrations.

Giron’s need to seamlessly be able to update his website’s content was met with a content management system (CMS) conversion. The CMS will allow the Giron team to add, remove and/or edit words and images on their website. The implemented CMS also is SEO-friendly – a component that will undoubtedly aid in enhancing the academy’s search engine optimization efforts. Hudson Horizons also created specific user controls aimed at improving the user experience.
Since Giron has different classes and competitions, an events page was included so that students may choose which time best suits their schedules. Special events will also be featured on the homepage. In addition to showcasing upcoming events, Hudson Horizons added a photo and video gallery so that potential members of the academy may experience the quality of the training facilities themselves.
The partnership saw both parties very pleased with the outcome of the new website and the near future success of the academy. Vreeland adds:
