Reksoft, a leading software development outsourcing provider in Eastern Europe and part of Technoserv Group, today announced that it was recognized as one of Russia’s Top Best Employers by the national largest online job search engine HeadHunter.

St.Petersburg, Russia, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- HeadHunter (http://www.hh.ru) is one of the best and largest Russian online resources for job hunting and personnel hiring. For the last two years HeadHunter has been preparing ratings that recognize employers in Russia from different industries for their commitment and dedication to HR excellence. The research is based on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” annual study and focuses on identifying three major aspects of HR management in each participant company: prospective employees, HR personnel and current employees of a company. 500 companies from all over Russia were invited to take part in the study.

St.Petersburg-based Reksoft was named as one of Russia’s 100 Best Employers this year.

“It is definitely an honour for us because it is an award rating in which winning organizations are selected based on the feedback and scoring of those who are most impacted by a company’s HR initiatives - the employees,” commented Olga Barmash, Reksoft’s HR Director. “We feel the importance of the value of each individual in the company and I hope that next year we will enhance the result of the rating as a result of deliberate measures taken by the company.” Reksoft has been putting a lot of effort into building an efficient HR policy based on identifying career development as a corporate priority, demonstrating ongoing employee engagement with career development and recognizing the business benefits of responding to the career development needs of its employees. With more than 350 employees on board, Reksoft is a recognized employer of choice in St.Petersburg technology sector.
