Columbia, SC, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, located in Richland Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced his school will be offering summer day camp right after school is out.
"I have gotten numerous requests to have summer day camps, so my son has put together an exciting package of weekly themed camps that the kids will have a blast," commented Feldt.
Some of the themes SKS will be offering are: Kung Fu Panda, Star Wars, Olympics, Be a Rock Star and many more. Each day, the campers will participate in games, karate lessons, arts and crafts and more. There will also be an emphasis on developing black belt leadership traits like focus, respect, honor and self discipline.
Snacks and water will be provided by SKS. Campers are required to bring their own lunch.
Normal camp hours are 9am to 5pm. Early drop off and late pick up are available for an additional fee.
"My son Nathan, who is a black belt instructor at my school, will be running these camps," stated Feldt. "He has been working for nearly a year in an after school program at an elementary school and the kids love him!"
Weekly camp prices are $150 per week. If you sign up by May 14th, for each week you commit to you will receive a reduced rate of $125. If you would like to purchase the whole summer, you can for $999.
