Samurai Karate Studio Collecting Donations for Lizzie

Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, located in Richland Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced his school is collecting donations for Lizzie, a young girl that was severely abused in Camden. The public is invited to drop off items at SKS.

Columbia, SC, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, located in Richland Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced his school is collecting donations for Lizzie, a young girl that was severely abused in Camden.

"This is a very tragic case of child abuse," commented Sensei Feldt. "This poor little girl was severely abused and is in the hospital trying to recover from her injuries. It's made even worse, knowing her mother was involved and appears to have done nothing to help her!"

Lizzie is a 4 year old typical girl that loves toys and clothes, with purple being her favorite color. Last weekend, there was a candle light vigil in Camden for her as well as a car wash, that raised over $1,700 to help support her.

Feldt explained, "We have put a box out by the front door of our school and would invite everyone to donate a toy, a piece of clothing (size 4t), coloring books or even cash!"

The collection will last for 3 weeks.

Samurai Karate Studio is located at 2000 Clemson Road, Suite # 9, Columbia, SC, 29229. The school is located in the Magnolia Pointe Shopping Center where the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store and Carolina Wings Restaurant are located.

If you would like to donate, please call Sensei Feldt at 803-462-9425 or email at samuraikaratestudio@gmail.com, to make sure someone is at the school to accept your donation.
