The project is part of Bezeq’s business transformation to dynamically cope with the ongoing changes in regulations and competition landscape of Israel’s telecom market.
The system measures a full range of performance KPI’s to improve service and increase sales, as it streamlines the management of complex compensation plans and reduces the operating costs of sales and service performance management systems. The system interfaces with the central data warehouse and other operational systems of Bezeq on an ongoing basis.
The project, delivered by Incentives Solutions Ltd. and based on the innovative INCENTIVES–SPM tool, which allows great flexibility and fast adaptation to changing needs in the administrative controls. The process and financial dashboard module allows real-time transparency for employees and managers, viewing their personal performance metrics and compensation calculations. The system serves for managing thousands of contact center representatives, sales and service representatives and technicians in various fields of operational organization.
