Allan Block Continuing Education Approval

Bloomington, MN, May 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Allan Block Contractor Certification course has recently been pre-approved by the ICPI for Certified Installer continuing education. This course is now approved for 7 credits.

As of February 2012, ICPI Certified Installers are now required to obtain 8 continuing education credits over a two year period in order to maintain certification. This means by attending just one AB Contractor Certification class they are almost there!

In order to receive the 7 credits towards the ICPI Certification, the attendee will need to complete the entire contractor certification process by attending the AB Contractor course, passing the certification test and building an approved Allan Block wall. ICPI requires that a copy of the attendees AB Certificate be sent to them for proof of course completion. Therefore, to obtain the 7 credits the contractor will need to build an Allan Block retaining wall to fulfill our requirement to become an AB Certified Contractor.

“Allan Block is proud of our education programs which train hundreds of contractors and engineers each year as an important step in advancing the segmental block industry.
