Swansea City and County Council, who have their website powered by GOSS iCM (intelligent Content Management), were mentioned by the reviewers for their ease of finding out about school dates, “I thought the inset days page was excellent. Makes it so easy for parents rather than having to spend time contacting the school.”
The reviews also praised and the ability for residents to access various tasks on the website:
