ImmunoReagents Signs Chinese Distributorship Agreement with AmyJet Scientific
Raleigh, NC, May 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- ImmunoReagents, a manufacturer of high quality polyclonal antibodies used by researchers, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, has announced the appointment of AmyJet Scientific as its new distributor in China.
ImmunoReagents and AmyJet Scientific will partner to distribute top quality antibodies to the Chinese biotech, life science, and medical communities. China is rapidly becoming a global power in the biotechnology industry. China had more than 580 biopharma companies in 2009, and as of 2011 it had more than 5,000 pharmaceutical companies (MMLC Group, 2009; KMPG, 2011). According to CNN, the Chinese government will be spending $308 billion on biomedicine over the next five years.
