Physician Alignment Vice President Named at South Nassau Communities Hospital

Oceanside, NY, May 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- South Nassau Communities Hospital has named Joshua Yedvab, MHA, vice president of physician alignment strategies. Mr. Yedvab has more than 15 years experience in hospital and ambulatory care administration, finance and facility operations.

As vice president of physician alignment strategies, Mr. Yedvab is responsible for enhancing relationships with existing physicians and other providers, growing new physician relationships and assisting in the development and implementation of innovative programs, strategies and partnerships.

Before coming to South Nassau, Mr. Yedvab was the associate executive director for ambulatory care for one of the country’s largest healthcare systems. Previously, he served as a healthcare management consultant at the Hay Group in New York. Mr. Yedvab completed his administrative residency at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey and earned a master’s degree in health administration from Cornell University’s Sloan Program.
