Research Shows Industrial Leaders Members Currently Prefer Yahoo and BING Over Google

Members of are increasingly turning to Yahoo and BING for search, leaving Google behind.

Baltimore, MD, June 07, 2012 --( The leading manufacturers group online ( announced today its members now prefer Yahoo and BING over Google for more accurate search results. The company, which recently added manufacturers of industrial pumps, industrial process systems and printing machines said Yahoo indexes its directories much more thoroughly. The new publications are located at: - Printing Machines & Equipment - Industrial Process Equipment - Industrial Pumps & Parts

Research completed by the Industrial Leaders Group (ILG) has shown its publications now get more traffic from Yahoo and BING than it does from Google, and the traffic converts significantly better, according to company spokesperson Shawn Miller. “Members and users of ILG are reporting a much better search experience from Yahoo since the Panda and Penguin updates released by Google earlier this year,” said Miller. He added, “Independent studies by ILG have resulted in a rather surprising result as people are reporting Yahoo to have the most accurate search results, with many businesses reporting they're not even ranking for their own company name on Google.” Miller said another upcoming search engine that received a lot of fanfare was DuckDuckGo, which has shown to be extremely accurate on tested searches performed by members during the study. “Our research has shown a lot of spammy and fraudulent sites are outranking high-quality authority sites on Google, and that is not good for any search engine, and therefore, for the time being ILG members are preferring Yahoo, BING and DuckDuckGo as their search engines of choice.”
