In short, goodkoop's mandate is to eliminate all unnecessary costs from its business model and give those savings right back to the consumer. In fact goodkoop translates to 'good bargain' in Dutch. Through its Hong Kong based buying team, goodkoop sources trendy seasonal fashion products - literally just being produced off the same production lines as some of the biggest brand names. They are then offered direct to the international consumer at lower than wholesale price points. Worldwide flat rate tiered shipping costs to the individual are based on weight so customers are able to diffuse this cost easily by purchasing a mix of lighter to heavier items.
