Erie Art Museum Kids Art Camp: Fantasy Week
Spend a week or two in the galleries, learn from teaching artists, and make lots of art.
Erie, PA, June 16, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Erie Art Museum’s Kids Art Camp: Fantasy Week will kick off on Monday June 18 and run through Friday June 22 from 9 a.m. –1 p.m. at the Erie Art Museum, 411 State Street.
Children ages 7-11 will get hands on experience dealing with art and exploring the galleries with Museum staff. Throughout the week they will develop a fantasy character they will create and design with costumes, accessories and headgear. By using fabric, paint, glitter, and other various crafty art supplies their unique character will come to life.
The Kids Art Camp: Fantasy Week is in conjunction with the many other adult and children’s art classes that the Erie Art Museum has to offer throughout the summer. For more information about summer classes please contact Kelly Armor or Barbara Crone at 814-459-5477.
