)-- The 4th Annual Customer Retention & Profitability Summit scheduled on 3-4 July, 2012 at Johannesburg- South Africa sets out to address key issues affecting the African telecom industry today. This summit follows the phenomenal success of three annual editions held in Johannesburg in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The focus this time is on customer retention, profitability strategies, and maximising ARPU's for telecom companies.
