)-- Leading North Alabama-based HVAC contractor Pro-Air Services, Inc. has acquired FilTech-Woodland, Inc., a metal fabrication company located in Decatur, Ala.

Our ability to vertical market within our niche will be an asset to the industrial/commercial/institutional consumer.”
FilTech-Woodland currently provides CNC machining, metal fabrication, and predictive maintenance services. By acquiring the company, Pro-Air Services is able to offer these services in-house to its HVAC customers and FilTech-Woodland customers will also now be able to receive comprehensive HVAC services.
The average combined sales of the two businesses are greater than $8 million annually. Terms of the completed transaction on June 1, 2012, were not disclosed.
