Torvald Bohlin Appointed as New Chairman
At the Versatile Security Annual General Meeting Torvald Bohlin was appointed as chairman of the board of directors.

Torvald has nearly 40 years of experience from leading executive positions in Swedish and international business. His positions have mostly been the CFO, CEO, chairman or boardmember of companies primarily in media, IT, telecommunications and financial services.
