Yoga Guardian is celebrating it’s launch with the release of a free 7 part yoga video training series called: “Seven Yoga Secrets For Realizing Your Ideal Life.” The techniques in this free video training were revealed to Yoga Guardian Co-Founder, Wendy Billie, by her own personal Yogi while in the mountains of India. Wendy has spent years studying and preparing for the release of this series as part of her ongoing mission to bring ancient yoga principles to the Western World.
Yoga Guardian has assembled a panel of experts from around the world to provide training and support for it’s members. All areas that can reduce stress, promote mindfulness, and lead practitioners to a more purpose filled life will be addressed.
