Delaware Poker Championship II Guarantee Doubled to $50,000 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino
Dover, DE, July 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Delaware Poker Championship® II guaranteed prize pool has been raised from $25,000 to $50,000 cash for the main event to be held on Sept. 8. Four seats will be given away on Aug. 5 and Sept. 2, with drawings held at 1, 4, 7 and 10 p.m. Entries for seat drawings are earned for every three-hour session completed in the preceding month.
On Friday, Aug. 31, a $10,000 guarantee tournament will be held with the winner receiving a seat to the Championship in addition to the night’s prize pool. Single table satellites will be available from 9 a.m. until midnight on the day before the main event. The entry fee for a single table satellite is $60.
The Delaware Poker Championship II main event will take place at noon on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. The buy in is $450 for 20,000 chips. Games are at 30-minutes levels; no add-ons or rebuys. Players who won a seat via single table satellites beginning Aug. 26 and from the seat giveaways, or who have bought in, may participate in the Championship.
