Modern Degustation Menu at Rang Mahal

Bangkok, Thailand, July 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Rembrandt Hotel is delighted to introduce the latest Modern Degustation Menu, an 8 course modern Indian dinner served with exclusive international wines from France, Chile, South Africa and Thailand.

Diners will enjoy the award-winning Northern Indian Cuisine of Rang Mahal with modern techniques applied to classic dishes such as Tandoori prawns, Goan Soup, Masala Crusted Scallops, Seared Foie Gras with Fennel Seed and much more. Each dish is paired with the specially selected wines such as 2009 Domaine Hubert Brochard, 2007 Klein Costantia, 2009 Granmonte Heritage Syrah and 2007 Odfjell Babor Cabernet Sauvignon.

All dishes and wines can be adjusted according to diners’ preference. This dinner is available everyday for 3,700 Bath Net per person. Private dinners can be arranged on request for a minimum of 6 guests. Please make reservations at least 1 day in advance.
