Total Composure Releases Definitive Bell Lyre. New Sample Library for Kontakt.

Introducing Total Composure's latest virtual instrument. A highly detailed bell lyre (small glockenspiel) sample library for Native Instrument's Kontakt sampler.

Middlesbrough, United Kingdom, July 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Total Composure has released their new Kontakt-based sample library, Definitive Bell Lyre. It costs just £14.99.

Over 1100, 24bit 48kHz, samples divided into six sample sets make up the library. The detailed sampling includes three different mallet types: soft rubber, hard rubber, and plastic (also available as a free trial).

Using Kontakt's advanced scripting, Total Composure has made it incredibly easy to achieve a realistic performance with minimal programming.

They have included advanced repetition scripting that helps avoid the machine gun effect, as well as easy to use glissando controls and complete continuous controller customisability.

Nearly every patch is chromatically sampled with recorded repetitions (round robin) and recorded dynamic levels. In addition to the standard recorded repetitions, Total Composure has provided a scripted intelligent repetition that uses a number of techniques to create slight variations for every note, just like a live musician.

The instrument was recorded dry using a single condenser microphone in a close mic position and through an analogue mixer in order to retain a warmer, more natural sound.

To celebrate the release of this library, Total Composure is reducing the price of their Enigma Percussion virtual instrument by 50% for a limited time.
