Zhenuine Announces the Allowance of Two Patents Covering User-Controllable RFID

New York, NY, July 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Zhenuine, a specialty RFID privacy security company, announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has allowed two new patents covering the Company’s lead product user-controllable RFID, which make it easy for consumers to switch on the contactless card/tag when the card/tag is in use. Consumers can finally have a peace of mind knowing that their information is protected. Those technologies can be used for any contactless (or NFC) card/tag such as payment card, ID card, access card, etc.

“The newly allowed patents are invaluable for our products in benefiting consumers early," said Denny Choi, Zhenuine's CEO and Inventor. "We have recently cooperated with a credit card company, chips provider, and card manufacturer in developing the first user-controllable payment keytag to solve recent news reports regarding skimming credit card information by using smartphones with NFC."

Zhenuine's pilot project for the payment industry is just the beginning. The Company expects that the technology will soon be used in identification, access control and other applications.

"We hope that consumers will not have to use a special wallet, sleeve, or even aluminum foil just to protect their cards in the future."
