)-- Craig Shodeen recently rejoined Geneva, IL-based Sho-Deen, Inc. as president of ShoDeen Residential. The announcement was made by Kent Shodeen, founder and chairman of Sho-Deen, Inc. ShoDeen Residential is a division of the full service Sho-Deen, Inc. real estate company that was founded in 1961 and features a diversified portfolio of office, retail and hotel assets.
Prior to establishing his own successful custom home building company, Sjodin Custom Homes, LLC in 2008, Craig served as president of Sho-Deen, Inc. and Fox Development Group from 1998 to 2008. During that time he oversaw the sales and construction of over 2,000 homes. At Sjodin, Craig expanded a custom home building expertise, a “valued and welcome addition to further diversify our residential home building division,” said Kent Shodeen.
Having over 30 years of residential construction, operations and custom home building expertise, Craig Shodeen will be responsible for residential home building, estimating and sales force.
