International Association of Home Staging Professionals® to Hold Educational Conference and Rollout New Accredited Staging Professional® Designations

The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® will hold its Accredited Staging Professional® 2012 Educational Conference Oct. 26-28 on Whidbey Island in WA. Advanced, intense training in building and operating a successful home staging business will be offered. IAHSP® and StagedHomes.com® is unveiling new designations that Home Staging professionals attending can earn - ASP® REO, ASP® SR, and IAHSP® Premier designations.

Seattle, WA, September 02, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The ASP® 2012 IAHSP® Educational Conference Oct. 26-28 is expected to be the professional Home Staging event of the year. Speakers from all over the nation are slated to share their expertise in the fields of marketing, media, public speaking, customer/client psychology, and business operations. In addition, professionals will detail how best to approach and successfully work with builders, investors, banks, and seniors.

The Investment for the two-day educational conference currently is $389, and as of September it will become $429.

Those attending the two-day educational sessions will learn successful business-building strategies that will set them apart from their competition. Completion of the sessions will earn participants two new designations through StagedHomes.com®. The designations are sure to be coveted in the Home Staging Industry and identify the best and brightest in the Home Staging field.

The ASP® REO designation will indicate to banks, governmental agencies, asset management companies, real estate companies, Realtors®, and investors that you are a highly-qualified Staging professional, and are capable of assisting these entities in preparing real estate-owned properties for sale.

The ASP® SR designation will announce to the ever-increasing senior population, and those family members and Realtors® associated with seniors, that you have gone the extra mile in your Home Staging education to train specifically to understand the needs of the aging population, and to work with seniors.

In addition to the two educational designations, those attending the conference and meeting strict professional business criteria will be eligible to apply to receive the IAHSP® Premier designation. Requirements for the IAHSP® Premier designation include certifying business accounts including checking, licensing, insurance, state tax ID numbers, and acceptance of credit/debit cards. Also required is active membership in ASP®/IAHSP® through StagedHomes.com®, and active membership in an IAHSP® local chapter. Applicants must agree to the IAHSP® professional standard of ethics.
