Underground Lines, near Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations, making it an ideal base for business meetings and special events.
Claire Castro, Head of Pricing – Guoman & Thistle Hotels said, “Our main challenge was around our manual forecasting processes and how the high level of uncertainty in our manual forecasts meant that we were not 100% confident in our pricing decisions. The process of setting rates and availability was also highly manual and therefore time consuming. Speed of execution has been a real challenge for us. We chose EasyRMS as we considered it to be the most highly developed solution – EasyRMS spent a great deal of time with us and really gave us confidence that they understood our requirements.
