Halloween-Themed Children’s Book Debuts

Bradenton, FL, September 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Southwest Florida authors Ben Vanderneck and T.W. Vanderneck released their first children’s book in September, The Tale of the Circus Monkey & the Halloween Horseman.

Ben Vanderneck illustrated the book with colorful drawings of Ichabod, the circus monkey. “At a time when kids see so much that is computer-generated, from cartoons to video games, I wanted to illustrate our books in a much simpler way,” said Vanderneck. “I hope seeing the hand-drawn illustrations will motivate kids to want to draw as well.”

The Tale of the Circus Monkey & The Halloween Horseman is a terrific seasonal book for children to get into the Halloween spirit. Kids will have a great time following the antics of Ichabod on his Halloween adventures.

The Tale of the Circus Monkey & The Halloween Horseman is available at www.amazon.com/author/benjaminandtwvanderneck.

T.W. Vanderneck also published her first novel in June of 2012. The fictional story chronicles a family's struggle with dementia. Details on The Risk of a Fall can be found at www.twvanderneck.com.
